Link Pilox ("we") operates linkpilox.com, a digital identity platform registered in Tanzania. This policy is published in compliance with the Tanzania Personal Data Protection Act 2022 (PDPA).
Account data (name, email, phone, delivery address), profile content you choose to publish, payment confirmations from Selcom PayBox (we never store card or wallet credentials), and basic profile-visit analytics (tap/scan/link counts).
When you submit your details on a member's profile page, your name and contact go to that card owner — not to Link Pilox. Each form carries a separate consent line making this explicit.
You may request account deletion at any time from your dashboard; we complete deletion within 30 days. We never sell or share client data with third parties. All traffic is HTTPS-only.
