The one-time card fee is refundable in full until your card enters production (status "Programmed"). After programming, cards are personalised and non-refundable.
Monthly subscription charges are non-refundable once a billing period begins, but you may cancel any time and keep access until the period ends.
Defective NFC cards are replaced free of charge within 30 days of delivery — contact support@linkpilox.com.
